Breakdown
A dynamic waterfall simulation in Houdini using the FLIP solver, enhanced with a custom airfield to direct and shape the fluid’s motion for more natural behavior. The environment was built using high-quality Megascans assets from Quixel Bridge (Fab) to create a realistic and immersive setting. This project demonstrates my control over fluid dynamics, custom force fields, and integration of simulation with detailed environment art.

Breakdown
A slow-moving river simulation in Houdini using the FLIP solver, enhanced with a custom wind force and a drag mask to control fluid motion and surface detail. Focused on achieving realistic whitewater and foam behavior to capture the subtle dynamics of a calm river. The scene was set using high-quality Megascans assets from Quixel Bridge (Fab), blending natural elements with physically-based simulation. This project highlights my control over fine-tuned fluid forces, secondary effects, and integration with detailed environments.
